The Mind, Body and Spirit Wellbeing Festival Birmingham What’s it all about? The festival features motivational speakers, musicians, artists and performers. There will also be an exhibitor hall featuring wellbeing products, organic food, therapies, jewellery, holistic retreats and more. Visitors will also be treated to a host of experiences, including a wellbeing studio, a pop-up temple, a ceremony space, a wellbeing spa, a silent disco and the ‘Alchemy of Sound’. Balance Festival What’s it all about? A festival to celebrate the ‘live fit, happy and healthy’ revolution. At Balance you’ll discover fitness trainers from the likes of Barry’s Bootcamp, Boom Cycle, Method Movement and F45 in the boutique studios; there’ll also be yogis in the meditation dome, chefs at the live cooking theatre and a curated selection of wellness brands at the Balance market.

Happy Place Festival What’s it all about? Founded by Fearne Cotton and described as the ‘Woodstock of Wellness’ by Russell Brand, the Happy Place Festival is an immersive experience to unlock your creativity and connect the mind, body and spirit. Previous events have featured a Craft Village, a Meditation Mountain, a Wellbeing Garden, a Family Retreat, The Talk Lounge, a Marketplace and a Main Stage. If you’ve listened to Fearne’s Happy Place podcast or read her Sunday Times best-selling book ‘Happy’, then this festival should be next on your hit list! Sweatlife Festival What’s it all about? Sweatlife is Lululemon’s fitness festival When? The festival usually takes place in June; the 2021 dates are still TBC. Verve Festival What’s it all about? Set in the Cranborne Chase, an area of outstanding natural beauty, Verve combines and celebrates health, wellness and nature. You’ll get to forest bathe in the ancient woodland, join in farm runs, relax and have a treatment in the Zest Spa or stargaze the night away. You can expect a range of classes including yoga, Pilates, meditation, sound bathing, breathwork, fitness and dance classes. Good Karma Cardiff Festival of Wellbeing What’s it all about? A programme for the local community to inspire the mind, body and soul. The event includes talks delivered by inspiring speakers on topics such as confidence building, crystal therapy, yoga, dance, meditation, healing and nutrition; there is also a marketplace for holistic retail therapy, an array of vegan and vegetarian food, plus music and demonstrations. Glastonbury Festival What’s it all about? The iconic Glastonbury Festival is the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world. The ‘Healing Fields’ are a Glastonbury institution and are renowned for being the festival’s chill-out area; it’s the space where you’ll discover mystical and creative gardens, healing and togetherness ceremonies, yoga, tai chi, dance classes, laughter workshops, meditation, massages and highly skilled healers. ‘Humblewell’ is a new wellness space in The Park area of the festival site; the new space features Mind counsellors, an acupuncture clinic, a range of yoga classes including sleep recovery yoga, Kirtan (devotional singing), breath work, gong baths, group meditation and mindfulness sessions, creative mindfulness colouring-in workshops or you can put an even bigger smile on your face by joining in with a laughter yoga session! Green Man Festival What’s it all about? Green Man is an independent music festival held annually in Wales’ Brecon Beacons. The tranquil ‘Nature Nurture’ nook within the festival is cocooned in a cluster of oak trees and offers a dreamy dose of rejuvenation. Wilderness Festival What’s it all about? Wilderness Festival is a boutique UK music festival hosted in a lakeside woodland setting in Oxfordshire's Cornbury Park. The ‘Outdoors’ area of the festival features wild swimming, boating, forest bathing, horse riding and wild medicine walks.
